Each one of our St Maarten long term rentals includes free high speed internet access, free color cable television, free parking, free weekly housekeeping service and more.  Charges apply for utilities such as water and electricity of course.

Further, the Summit's amenities are available for tenants' personal use and enjoyment; tenants who rent a long-term room are free to use the hotel's swimming pool and dine at the Summit's two onsite restaurants and bars, Tropical Heaven, on the pool deck, and DeepBleu, located just a few steps down on the lagoon front of the hotel. Tenants may also use the property's parking lot.  Additionally, the Summit's laundry facilities are available for the tenant's use through special cards that can be purchased at the front desk.
