	Our Deluxe Guest Rooms Our Deluxe accommodations have been totally rebuilt and remodeled, and include full kitchen facilities, an in-room safe, high speed internet access, and a sitting and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped, with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffeemaker and blender, plus cookware and tableware for four.
	Our Standard Guest Rooms Each Standard room has two double beds, air-conditioning, a mini-refrigerator, free cable television, high speed internet access, telephone, a private balcony and a sitting area.
	Our Grounds Secluded off the main road, the Summit is a tranquil oasis in St. Maarten's bustling resort center. Rooms at the Summit are set in immaculate quaint cottages, with enchanting footpaths meandering among them. The cottages nestle among lush tropical plants and flowers, and graceful palm trees high overhead, gently sway in the Caribbean breeze.
	Poolside Standing on the wooden sundeck which surrounds our fresh water swimming pool, you can look out across Simpson Bay Lagoon, to the low lying mountains on the French side of the island. This panoramic view is recognized as one of the best on the island, and it is all yours to take in as often as you like, when you stay at the Summit. You can enjoy a meal from the café accompanied by an ice cold drink from the bar, or you may just prefer to laze on one of the sun loungers, soaking up the atmosphere and Caribbean sunshine. Breakfast is served between 8am and 11am and dinner between the hours of 5pm and 9pm.
