Employee of the Month: Ricardo Jack Keeps Us Smiling
If you're having a rough time, Ricardo Jack is the one who will pick you flowers to brighten up your day. He's also the one you'll see joking around with his colleagues, before dashing away to take care of some issue on the property.
 Always cheerful and ready to lend a hand, Ricardo has worked as part of our Maintenance Crew for five years. His kindness and willingness to help are the driving forces that make him happy. Ricardo enjoys playing music in his spare time, and strives to make people happy, guests and co-workers alike.
What thrills Ricardo most is hearing the words "you did a good job, and thank you." It's not hard for us to find reasons to thank him, because he always goes the extra mile and gets the job done in a timely manner.
Ricardo, we appreciate you for always extending yourself and bringing us all a bit of joy throughout the day. We're happy you're a part of the Summit Family. Great job and thank you!
