Summit Hotel Reservation Policy

Read Our Policy Before Booking

  • We require a valid credit card, and a deposit equal to the amount of your first three night's stay with us, to secure your reservation.
  • Rates quoted do not include Government tax of 5.75%, utility surcharge of 5%, or service charge of 10%. These will be added to your total invoice.
  • A valid credit card and a government issued form of identification for each guest is required to check in to the hotel.
  • Absolutely no smoking in guest rooms. Smoking is permitted on room balconies only.
  • A $250 special cleaning charge will be assessed for any evidence of smoking inside guest rooms.
  • No pets allowed. We love pets but not everyone feels the same. We hope you understand.
  • Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children, 12 years of age or younger, per room.
  • An extra charge of $30 per adult per night, and $15 per child per night, is assessed for more than 2 adults or 2 children per room.
  • Children above 12 years of age are considered adults for room charge purposes.
  • Beach towels are complimentary, however, a fee of $20, per towel, is assessed for any towels not returned.
  • TV remote controls seem to grow legs and disappear sometimes. A fee of $30 is assessed for any TV remote control not returned.
  • Parking is free as long as you register your vehicle make, model and license number with the office.

Please find below our seasonal cancellation policies:

March 15 - November 14

  • You may cancel your reservation for no charge up until seven (7) days before your arrival date.
  • Cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a loss of your deposit.
  • Lost deposits may be applied towards payment for future stays for up to one year past the original reservation date.

November 15 - March 14

  • You may cancel your reservation for no charge up until twenty one (21) days before your arrival date.
  • Cancellations received less than twenty one (21) days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in a loss of your deposit.
  • Lost deposits may be applied towards payment for future stays for up to one year past the original reservation date.
